I brought my vehicle in for check engine light. It was a computer issue. I understood that. I had replaced the gas pedal by a different mechanic. My service advisor told me that wasn’t the problem. I got my bill for 251.99$ to replace the pedal. Then I get a bill for 227.70$ for vehicle diagnostic which I didn’t approve either. What makes this even worse there were no documentation on findings. Come to find when I drove it was still shaking so I returned to the dealership. The service representative call the mechanic for him to say yeah his comments did not reach the print out. He said it might be a tire or strut. I asked the rep it was ok to drive she said yes. When I got home the car was parked just right for me to see some of the tire tread was missing. I don’t think I should have drove it. So long story short. I feel I was charged for things I did not approve. The real issue is driving on a defective tire. If they did an inspection they did not inform me correctly.

Took the car in to correct their mistake quickly Kendra and Jeffrey made sure I was able to pick up my granddaughter on time which was the most important thing at the moment

After taking the time to go shopping next door, I sat outside and had wonderful conversation with a pleasant man. The service took about 1.5 hours but all in all it was a pleasant interaction. Also, my interior was not dirty when I got my car back (huge bonus points).

I choose to come to a CERTIFIED DEALER to have all services performed, but I for the last 2 visits I believe have received terrible low quality work. It's the 2nd time I'm complaining about paying for tire rotation without it being done, and NOT receiving all included services. I have a sensor that needs to be replaced that hasn't moved past 2 oil changes. Fluid's have no been topped off the last visit 8/21 I had to go under the hood MYSELF to check and thanks to Kendra she had me pull my vehicle up to a tech and he filled my coolant at BARE MINIMUM.... paying top dollar for low quality work is becoming overbearing because I don't know if my oil is even being properly changed... and at this point I feel the need to escalate the situation since nothing has changed since the last complaint.

From start to finish, these were some of the nicest folks to deal with. Great communication. Latisha was super familiar with her product, answered all the questions. Garret walked me thru the technical part of the truck electronics. Ms. Shemuel got us the best deal on financing. Will highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to give Waly Massey a try.
