Easter weekend my transmission decided it wanted to die on me. Brought my truck into Walt Massey Chevrolet that following Monday. Went to the service manager and asked if they accepted my extended warranty and he said they did. After getting some details from me about the transmission issue, he sent me to my service advisor. Poor Service! I bought a truck in Dec., in Jan had lifter issues on one side. They patched it enough to get it past their warranty. 1,500 ish miles later, in March, lifters went out again. (opposite side) They were not willing to do anything about it. They did not fix it right the first time. I do not trust that they would fix it right a second time. Overall experience was good. But they drove my brand new car down a dirt road to bring it back home after they had it to work on it. I do not have to go down a dirt road to get home, nor do I live on a dirt road.

I can’t say enough about Walt Massey and especially Mitch Greene and Shemuel McCraney. My husband and I bought a 26 Tahoe LT from them in November 2025. Fast forward to March 2026 and my dream truck was totaled in a rear end collision.
