I brought my vehicle in for check engine light. It was a computer issue. I understood that. I had replaced the gas pedal by a different mechanic. My service advisor told me that wasn’t the problem. I got my bill for 251.99$ to replace the pedal. Then I get a bill for 227.70$ for vehicle diagnostic which I didn’t approve either. What makes this even worse there were no documentation on findings. Took the car in to correct their mistake quickly Kendra and Jeffrey made sure I was able to pick up my granddaughter on time which was the most important thing at the moment
After taking the time to go shopping next door, I sat outside and had wonderful conversation with a pleasant man. The service took about 1.5 hours but all in all it was a pleasant interaction. Also, my interior was not dirty when I got my car back (huge bonus points).

I choose to come to a CERTIFIED DEALER to have all services performed, but I for the last 2 visits I believe have received terrible low quality work. It's the 2nd time I'm complaining about paying for tire rotation without it being done, and NOT receiving all included services. I have a sensor that needs to be replaced that hasn't moved past 2 oil changes. From start to finish, these were some of the nicest folks to deal with. Great communication. Latisha was super familiar with her product, answered all the questions. This place is amazing and working with Tera and Shemuel was so easy it makes me want to buy another vehicle from them. There was zero pressure to buy unlike every other car lot. I went in for an oil change. My estimate when I scheduled the appointment was $25 and the estimate when I signed in upon arrival was $25. When I checked out the final price was approximately $83. When I questioned the charge, Jessica said it was only an estimate and did not mean that was the final price. I found a coupon on Walt Massey's website for $49 and she said she would honor that. In the end $25 was taken off. Sounds like bait and switch to me. I was so disappointed and will not be doing business with Walt Massey again.

When my tires were rotated the front and rear air pressures were not adjusted. Not sure what went wrong. I only asked for tire rotation and thought tire pressure should be part of that as the front is 59 psi and rear is 70 psi suggested from Chevrolet
Jansen Banashak was my salesman. He was so nice and answered all my questions. I did inot see him listed here but he certainly needs to be. This was the best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. Jansen was the very best I highly recommend him.

I brought my truck for a oil change and tire rotation, not sure about the oil change but they didn't rotate the tires correctly. They just took the front and move them to the rear. That's not how you rotate tires. I know because my right front hand a slow leak in it and when I got the truck back it was on the right rear when it should have been on the left rear and the left rear should have been on the right front. Very helpful and service was great. Had a faulty efcm and it was replaced. Kinda wish GM would do a recall on this module. This is the second truck that this has happened to and it left me and my wife stranded a great distance from home costing us $350 towing fee each time... so GM tighten up and get this right, but Walt massey lucedale two thumbs up!

I am giving 5 stars for our salesman. The experience with our salesman Mical Grant was great. He was quick to handle our needs. The sales manager, Moussa was a different experience and a tad bit unprofessional. He seemed to lead a with his emotions and ego and was defensive when challenged about requests we made. He also made unprofessional comments about our local banker when trying to defend himself during the loan closing.

The service check-in young lady was awesome! I guess I’m use to all employees speaking when they enter a customer service space, that was not the case at this particular dealership. Out of the seven people I encountered, one young gentleman and the black lady fixing the popcorn greeted me. It was my first time at this dealership. Maybe it’s the norm or maybe it was because I was the odd one in the room, either way I feel it needs improvement.
