I can’t say enough about Walt Massey and especially Mitch Greene and Shemuel McCraney. My husband and I bought a 26 Tahoe LT from them in November 2025. Fast forward to March 2026 and my dream truck was totaled in a rear end collision. You’re guaranteed an exchange under the following conditions. The vehicle must be returned to the dealership where it was purchased or leased within three (3) business days prior to 5 PM CST. If the final day falls on a day when the dealership is closed, the period is extended by one day.
The vehicle must be in like-new condition, free from dents, scratches, stains, smoke, pet odors, or other damage, and must not have been involved in an accident.
The vehicle must have been driven less than 300 miles. If driven over 300 miles, a fee of $1.00 per additional mile will be charged.
The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price excludes tax, title, license, dealer fees and optional equipment. Dealer sets final price.
